Frank S. Clark III

Chief Executive Officer

Frank Clark is a native of Hollywood, Florida. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy and a Master’s Degree from Stanford University. Frank was a Fellow in MIT’s Seminar XXI: Foreign Politics, International Relations & the National Interest.

Frank is Chief Executive Officer after helping to found the company in February 2024. Prior to this, Frank oversaw the Asia-Pacific for Janes Group UK Limited, responsible for a Team of 11 Country Managers and Custom Success Managers. He was also the Senior Political-Military Advisor for Valiant Integrated Services, Inc. He served over 26 years in the U.S. Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel in November 2016.  He started his Army career serving eight years as a leader and helicopter pilot in various Army Aviation (Air Cavalry) assignments in the Division Cavalry of the 82nd Airborne Division, the 2nd Infantry Division, and the 101st Air Assault Division. Frank then became a Northeast Asia Foreign Area Officer for the U.S. Army, serving for over 14 years in Japan, which included:  Japanese language training at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) in Yokohama, graduation from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) Command and Staff College, assignment as the first U.S. Army Liaison Officer to the JGSDF Northeastern Army Headquarters in Sendai, Japan, two tours in the U.S. Embassy-Tokyo as an Army Attaché to Japan, as well as the Chief of Operations, G-3, for U.S. Army Japan (USARJ) and I Corps (Forward) [ICF].  Frank also represented the U.S. at Japan’s National Institute for Defense Studies (NIDS). In between his time in Japan, Frank served as the Strategic Policy Plans Officer in the Combined Forces Command-Afghanistan (CFC-A) Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, as well as LTG Eikenberry’s (Commander, CFC-A) writer, then as the Chief of the Asia-Pacific Branch for Army International Affairs, Headquarters, Department of the Army, in the Pentagon.
